1. Scope of the service

StudyVoice provides digital tools for studying and oral practice, including content upload, transcription, AI-based analysis, performance reports, mock exams, and related features.

2. Access requirements and account

• Users are responsible for the accuracy of registration data and safeguarding credentials.
• Authentication is provided through supported providers (email/password, Google, Apple).
• The Controller may suspend or limit accounts in case of unlawful or improper use.

3. Permitted use and user responsibility

• Users warrant they are entitled to use uploaded materials and indemnify the Controller from third-party claims.
• Unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or IP-infringing uses are strictly prohibited.
• AI outputs are educational support and do not replace professional or institutional evaluations.

4. Credits, subscriptions, and payments

Some features require credits or subscription plans. In-app purchases are processed under Apple/Google store terms. Refunds are governed by store policies unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

5. Service availability

The Controller takes reasonable measures to ensure service continuity and security, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability or complete absence of errors.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Controller is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, data loss, or interruptions resulting from misuse, third-party provider failures, or user non-compliance.

7. Withdrawal and account deletion

Users may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion using available in-app features, without prejudice to legal retention duties.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Consumer users retain any mandatory jurisdiction rights granted by applicable law.
